About this event
After students learn the beginning Tai Chi material, they may progress to the Intermediate Tai Chi Class. This class builds on more movements and exercises from the beginner's class. Participants will learn more postures, and principles of Tai Chi movements. It is strongly suggested that students enroll in both classes to maintain previously learned movements. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
