About this event
After learning the beginning Tai Chi material, students may progress to the Intermediate Tai Chi Class. This class builds on more movements and exercises from the Beginners' class. Participants will learn more postures plus details and principles of Tai Chi movements. It is strongly suggested that students enroll in both beginner and intermediate classes to keep training in the previously learned movements. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
