Each one-hour lesson addresses both a standing and ground technique in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu®. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes street self-defense instead of competition sparring. There is no competitive sparring in this program and you can start at any time without having any previous experience. New students only. The price includes a uniform.
