About this event
Students will continue to learn the Lao Jia (Long Form of Chen Tai Chi). This Class will teach the finer points and details of the last sections of the Chen Style Long Form. Students must have a strong foundation in Chen Style for these movements. This class is a natural continuation into the deeper movements of the Long Form. Please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes. We recommend bringing a water bottle.
