Each one-hour lesson addresses both a standing and ground technique in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu®. Gracie Jiu-Jitsu emphasizes street self-defense instead of competition sparring. This is why there is no competitive sparring in this program, so you can start this program at any time without having any previous experience. New students only. The price includes a uniform.
