Its so Important to remember to take care of ourselves. We will be taking this program to learn to slow down and treat ourselves with a simple spa day. Making a sugar scrub to use, trting a face masks, and wipping up a hair treatment will fill our day. Enjoy a day that is all about you and taking time to yourslef.
