This is a tentative program. Registrations will be accepted if it becomes official.
A member of the fitness staff will set you up for success at our gym! Discuss classes that will work for you and receive a written program to follow for a few of the cardio and strength machines. They can also teach you how to navigate our website for schedules and reserve a spot in a group fitness schedule. FREE for members!
