Description
Attend all your favorite VMCC Fitness classes from your home, office or your cabin.
We offer one link to all group fitness classes each month except Silver Sneakers, Aqua and Group Cycle.This service is FREE with a membership or $40 per month for nonmembers.Register 7 days prior to start of each month. Your code to register with Zoom will be emailed with your receipt.This registration allows you access to participate in classes virtually.To register for in person option go to https://www.ighmn.gov/groupfitness or download our Inver Grove Heights Parks & Rec app from iTunes or Google Play.
