This class provides an opportunity for gymnasts with advanced skills required for competition to shine in the sport of gymnastics. Invitations are extended to individuals who demonstrate a strong dedication to the requirements of competitive training. This class will focus on strength, flexibility, endurance and dance requirements for competitive gymnastics.
***This is a FIVE week session in OCTOBER 2024.*** PLEASE NOTE: There are no Gymnastic classes on Thursday, 10/31/2024 due to Halloween.
