Description
This class provides an opportunity for gymnasts with advanced skills required for competition to shine in the sport of gymnastics. Invitations are extended to individuals who demonstrate a strong dedication to the requirements of competitive training. This class will focus on strength, flexibility, endurance and dance requirements for competitive gymnastics.
***This is a FIVE week session in JANUARY 2025.*** Please note our facility will be closed on Wednesday, 01/01/2025 for New Year’s Day and on Monday, 01/20/2025 for Martin Luther King Day.
