Description
This class provides an opportunity for gymnasts with advanced skills required for competition to shine in the sport of gymnastics. Invitations are extended to individuals who demonstrate a strong dedication to the requirements of competitive training. This class will focus on strength, flexibility, endurance and dance requirements for competitive gymnastics.
***This is a FIVE week session in DECEMBER 2024.*** Please note our facility will be closed on Monday, 12/23/2024 for a Maintenance Day and Wednesday, 12/25/2024 for Christmas Day.
