Description
Free, friendly evening yoga and meditation at Canterbury Park. Come as you are. Wear comfortable clothes. No special knowledge or experience needed.Tuesdays, Sept. 3, Sept. 10, Sept. 17, Sept. 24, Oct. 1
Yoga (6:00-6:30): You can expect yoga to be at a relaxed pace with space to breathe, with movements that facilitate gentle joint mobility and functional strength. A few mats are available for you to borrow, but please bring your own if you have one, or enjoy practicing directly on the cool grass.
Meditation (6:30-6:45): Our meditation practice is quiet, continually returning to ease in the body and ease in the breathing. There is nothing to achieve or attain. You are welcome to practice your Way as long as you help maintain a quiet practice space for the group.
Sharing and Discussion (6:45-7:00): Share any questions and reflections and hear what others have to share. It’s ok to just listen, too.
