"Toddler & me yoga" is a community yoga class for crawling babies-3 yrs old and their caretakers. We'll practice simple asanas (poses) for toddlers and adults to move our bodies, and mindfulness exercises to regulate our nervous systems.Participation will surely be chaotic and ever-changing - but this is a safe place to play and socialize with your little one while meeting families in your community! Mats and props are available. Come ready to have fun as we grow and learn together! No yoga experience necessary.
