Description
What is plant-based eating and why should you try it? It does not mean that you must avoid eating animal products all together, rather there is an emphasis on including more plant foods. Studies show that eating plant-based can help improve your blood pressure, heart health and can reduce your risk for certain chronic diseases. Join us this month to learn more about plant-based eating and smell steps you can take to shift to a more plant forward focused eating pattern.
