About this event
Join instructor Billie Scalisi to learn watercolor painting techniques including pouring paint to create moods and how to approach subject matters like landscapes, florals and animals. We will experiment with positive and negative painting to add interest to our designs. We will use glazing which allows watercolor artists to build layers in your work and we will learn how to paint loose creating those classic, soft watercolor effects. All of these techniques can be applied to your own practice and help you continue to develop your watercolor style.
