Explore the exciting media of transparent watercolor. Learn basic techniques and apply them to a variety of subject matter. Students will provide their own materials. A list will be available the first day of class. PLEASE NOTE: Level 1 and Level 2 classes overlap by one hour.Instructor: Dr. Phyllis Kozlowski
