Description
Aerial StretchThursdays, 6:00-700pmThis aerial fitness class uses suspended hammock apparatus to utilize the concepts of aerial yoga to assist in increasing flexibility and strength throughout the whole body. Class eases into a wonderful stretching flow experience with some strength training to tone & lengthen the muscles. Some guided inversions will occur. 1-hour class, $20/person.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for you to sign in and get your hammock selected and adjusted to your height if need be (instructor will advise on this).

What to Wear:- Recommended: long comfortable pants ( sweat pants or leggings are fine).- Please do not wear clothes with hardware (such as jeans or anything with buckles or bling that could catch on the hammocks) nor jewelry that could snag the hammocks.- A comfortable shirt is appropriate. This class does include inversions (going upside down), so please keep that in mind for your own comfort.
