Description
Looking for something different. This workout involves sustained bouts of exercise on the focused muscle. Delivering a leaner, more conditioned body with results you can see and feel. Using a combination of resistance machines, free weights and cardio stations, your instructor/personal trainer will offer a unique and individual experience.
