ENGLISH MUFFINS AND COMPOUND BUTTER
Light and chewy with lovely "nooks and crannies" to hold all the butter and jam, english muffins are a delightful treat any time of the year. In this class, you'll learn how to make this enriched dough (that also doesn't require an oven!) and an herby delicious compound butter. Participants will take english muffin dough home and a roll of compound butter as well as a packet of information and recipes!(Please bring a bowl to take your dough home in)
