Description
Learn how to make salves/balms with medicinal plants! Take advantage of the medicinal plants that are abundant in our valley. Participants will learn the basics of plant identification, dehydrating techniques, oil infusion and creating salves or lip balms with additional ingredients. Participants will receive a completed balm made in class during the demonstration of the process. Participants will prepare an oil infusion in class with herbs collected by the instructor. Participants will take home materials needed to complete the salve at home.
