Description
LynnFit Original- A one hour Cardio Dance, Muscle Toning, and Stretch class. Each class combines elements of fun Dance moves, Kickboxing, Calisthenics, to a variety of music styles. Strength training through Pilates, and Yoga through Standing and floor mat versions will vary through the week. We provide mats hand weights, small Pilates balls and stretchy bands for this class. You can bring your own if you prefer. 3 classes offered each week.
