Description
A slow flow balanced practice based on breath-centered movements. Expect a mindful warm-up and an evenly-paced vinyasa flow to create space and freedom in the legs and hips, stability in the core and spine, and strength and movement in the upper back, shoulders, and neck. This class is best for students with some yoga experience and without acute injuries.Please bring a yoga mat.
All current City of Gaithersburg health protocols must be followed in order to attend class.
