Ages 18+
Yin Yoga is perfect for all skill levels! This class enables deep relaxation and body awareness as you hold seated poses for longer periods of time, with the help of guidance from your instructor, and props, to completely support you. The main focus on Yin Yoga is to relax and let go in poses, without strain or pain, so you can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation!
Please bring a yoga mat.
