Adult advisor: Alyce Moy Email: alycemoy@gmail.com Dates: Every Wednesday with the first meeting on 9/11 and the last meeting on 3/26 Time: 4:15 PM–5:30 PM Grades: 6–8 Cost: $100 Description: Science Bowl is a buzzer-based contest in which teams compete head-to-head against others to answer questions focused on various areas of science such as biology, chemistry, physics, earth science, energy, and math. Our teams will meet weekly to practice in preparation to compete in invitational tournaments that will lead up to regionals in March. (Additional fees for tournament registration, materials, and study supplies will be required and communicated separately). Additional costs may be applied through Active during the school year.
