Join this autumn inspired class as we learn about the bountiful harvest of fresh produce and flavors fall has to offer. We will discuss how to pick, clean, prepare, cook, store and even preserve many of the plentiful options the fall harvest provides. We will also of course sample the fruits of our labor with some delectable dishes using these freshly harvested gifts of the earth.Are you looking for new meal ideas, something fun to do, or just want to get out and socialize? Then this class is just what you are looking for! In these fun, informational, easy classes we will share tips, tricks and secrets to make cooking exciting again!
