Description
Essentrics is a dynamic full body movement class that increases cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and joint mobility. Done standing (no getting up and down from floor) with modifications (including seated options) so it is safe and accessible for everyone fitness! Great music and FUNctional fitness! No equipment necessary. (This class formerly known as "Fitness Party with Nanette" and "Functional Fitness with Nanette" What to Bring: comfortable clothes, and a bottle of water. Our highly qualified/certified instructor is excited to meet everyone and will ensure an educational, safe, and FUN experience! This FCPR Fitness class will be held at Scott Key Center. Scott Key Center is located at 1050 Rocky Springs Rd, Frederick, MD 21702 Parking is available at the front of the building, at the front island of the parking lot. Look for our FCPR signs to enter the facility at the front of the building. Staff onsite will direct you to our activity room.
