This class meets four times. 9:30am - 11:30amWednesdays, February 5 - 26Have fun this winter with a new hobby making jewelry! Join local jewelry designer Elizabeth Chittenden from Lizzy Couture who specializes in assemblage jewelry making. Elizabeth has been making statement jewelry as well as collecting and selling vintage jewelry since 2005.
This class is for beginners. Learn how to string beads for beaded bracelets, knot pearls, simple wire wrapping, ear wire earrings, stone setting, and finishing chain for pendant necklaces using new and vintage beads, semi-precious beads, and new and vintage findings.
Learn how to repair broken pieces or how to design and rework a special heirloom into a new wearable piece via cold connection. This class does not include metalsmithing or soldering.
Please note the $40.00 supply fee will be due to instructor at the start of the first class. The instructor provides all the necessary tools and plenty of beads and materials to work with.
