Mr. Schilz has been training for nearly 25 years and is very excited to offer classes at the FLRC.
The martial arts, Krav Maga, is well known for its effectiveness and ease of use for defending yourself against a wide range of attacks. Regardless of size or gender. What sets Krav Maga apart is its strong focus on real-life scenarios. It's not about winning a match in a controlled environment; it's about survival. The techniques are straightforward and efficient, designed to neutralize threats quickly in close quarters. Krav Maga also emphasizes other useful skills like situational awareness.
