Description
The vibration of the singing bowls plays a key role in enhancing relaxation and healing. When the bowls are played, they produce sound waves that create vibrations, which resonate throughout the body. These vibrations help to shift your brainwaves into a more relaxed state, often associated with deep rest and meditation. Meeting the last Saturday of the month in the Aerobics room with Heather. Pay the fee of $40.00 at the front desk before class starts.
