Bootcamp classes push you past your mental or physical block. There is no slacking, no matter what your fitness level may be and you are forced to push yourself through your barriers, with the help of your instructor.

It's a benefit to have someone telling you to fight through what you think you can't do. Some of us need that extra push and the instructors are there to help you find your inner warrior, which everyone has deep inside.

Bootcamp teaches you discipline because each class turns into a team and you don't want to be that one person who brings everyone down. You are forced to unite with your fellow bootcampers and conquer the sixty minutes of pure physical extraction.

Never a Dull Moment

Let's face it, it's easy to get bored with your daily fitness routine, especially when you clock in 45 minutes on the treadmill, staring at the wall ahead of you and praying each minute goes by faster than it actually is. A bootcamp workout is never boring because you never know what to expect.

Each class is different and you're constantly moving between exercises, which leaves no time for thoughts about how much time you have remaining or what you forgot at the grocery store. Yes, they are challenging but no, they are never boring. Time goes by quickly. Before you know it, you're done and very, very sweaty.
