Description
Join us for an engaging presentation on strength training for older adults, where we will explore the benefits of building strength later in life. Backed by statistical evidence and guided by recommendations from the CDC and NSCA, we'll discuss the significant health impacts of regular strength training and address common concerns. Practical demonstrations of beginner-friendly exercises will show attendees how to safely get started and integrate strength training into their routines for long-term well-being and vitality. This is a two part class.
