At CCF, we strive to provide a summer swim program in which all of our team members achieve personal bests. The focus is on having a positive and fun experience, promoting a love for swimming, and building a team-oriented atmosphere. In addition to team spirit, our coaching staff promotes sportsmanship, leadership, and positive self-esteem. Whether your child is a seasoned swim veteran or is participating in his/her very first meet, s/he will benefit from the swim team experience.
The CCF Penguins train daily during the season and enjoy a full schedule of special events, including laser tag, lip sync competition, a senior progressive dinner, donut days, lollipop meet and much more. Swim meets are held every Saturday against other Dominion Country Club teams over a busy, fun filled six week period.
In addition to the CCF Penguins, we also have the Junior Penguin program for less experienced swimmers and the Gray Penguin fitness program for swimmers ages 19 and over.
