Functional Exercise for Adults Need to know Location: Fairfax Women's Club Days: Thursdays Time: 10am - 11am Ages: Adults Instructor: Tom Borromeo Cost: $15/class What to bring Bring: Water, a towel (if needed) and your positive energy. Athletic shoes are recommended. Regular exercise is one of the most effective tools for maintaining health and independence, and yet the majority of adults in the U.S. fail to get even the minimum recommended amount of physical activity per week. This class is designed to address that problem by providing not only an energizing workout, but also a blueprint for increasing your overall physical activity and ability.
