Description
T'ai Chi Chih (TCC) is easy to learn, and doesn’t require a particular level of physical fitness or coordination. Consisting of 19 movements and one pose, TCC attracts the widest possible audience because even those with physical limitations can participate, performing the movements while seated (with some modification)… paraplegics can practice right from their wheelchairs and advanced students have reported feeling the same benefits by simply visualizing the movements in their heads!
No special clothing or equipment are necessary and these slow, soft movements often have an almost immediate effect on blood pressure and other physical aspects, each person’s experience is different, however most students feel far-reaching effects quickly and profound changes in both physical and mental health can occur even during a short few weeks of practicing regularly.
