Enjoy exercising, reduce inflammation, and improve your sleep at night! Chair Yoga is a complete Yoga class with life-enhancing, spiritual, physical, intellectual, and emotional benefits. In the one-hour long class participants engage in dynamic exercises which enhance fitness and concentration. Results and benefits of this class include increased energy levels, increased mobility, enhanced focus, and a greater sense of peace in everyday life.
