Make small appetizers and desserts that you can easily duplicate for theupcoming holiday season, most of which you can make in advance, makingthe season less stressful and more delicious! Recipes include chocolateamaretto mousse in edible cups, mini lemon tarts in a sugar cookie crust,stuffed mushroom with spicy andouille sausage and salmon croquettes witha creamy dill dipping sauce. There are a few other surprises dishes during ourtime together. Class is part hands-on, part demo.$55 materials fee. No class 11/26.
