Join Physical Therapist Teresa Heitzman for a free demo of a Tai-Chi for health class. Tai Chi techniques aim to address the body and mind as an interconnected system and are traditionally believed to have mental and physical health benefits.
Participation requires 50+ center membership (which is free) and completion of a waiver form.
