Registration is open! Sign up before 11/10 to receive a $50 early bird discount. Don't delay as registration will close on 12/8 and players will be put on a wait list and a late registration fee will apply if they are able to join a team.

Evaluations: Returning players will not require evaluations. New Player Evals will be 12/14 (tentative)
Select Team Try-Outs (Potentially for Divisions 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U): 12/14 & 12/17
Practices Could Begin: February 3rd
Opening Day: Feb 15th (tentative)
Regular Season ends: May 10th
AGE DIVISIONS
USA Softball has changed the birth date cutoff for division determination. There is a temporary option for players that fall within the Sept 1st – Dec 31st birthday range to stay with the players with birth dates of Jan 1st – August 31st, but we will reach out to those impacted families to discuss this option.
6U is 9/1/17 – 8/31/19
8U is 9/1/15 – 8/31/17
10U is 9/1/13 – 8/31/15
12U is 9/1/11 – 8/31/13
14U is 9/1/09 – 8/31/11
SNACK BAR VOLUNTEERS
Snack bar shifts are required. However, there is a $200 buyout option available for purchase during registration. A $250 snack bar deposit check will be collected by team parents for those who plan to complete their snack bar shifts. See complete policy on welcome page
REFUNDS
Upon written request, refund in full (minus system processing fees) will be granted prior to team formations (approximately Jan 4th). No refunds will be granted once teams have been formed. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
