We're sorry, but this program is over. The last meeting was Thursday, May 9, 2024.
Join us on your lunch hour for a 40 min cardio/strength blast. We will be using a variety of different exercise methods to get that heart rate pumping. Strength components will also be added in! Please bring a mat and water bottle. Class will be at the Red Brick School in the upstairs studio.Age Category
