Join us for an exciting, fun, and family-friendly introduction to pickleball! Denver Parks and Recreation is offering a special Beginner Pickleball program designed for families to learn the basics of this fast-growing, multi-generational sport together.
What You’ll Learn: The fundamentals of pickleball, including basic rules, scoring, and gameplay strategies.
Program Details:
- Location: Indoor pickleball courts with court lines marked on the gymnasium floor, providing a dedicated space for your lessons.
- Who Can Participate: Parents and children (or grandchildren) sign up as pairs. Each parent may register with one child or grandchild.
Program Fee: The registration fee covers both the parent and the child, ensuring a shared learning experience.
Paddles: Players can bring their own paddles or use a loaner paddle provided by the facility.
Class Structure: This is a weekly class with a total of 3 lessons per session, giving families the opportunity to develop their skills over time.
Additional Information:All children and juniors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of each class. Whether you're looking for a fun way to stay active or want to spend quality time with your child while learning something new, this program offers a perfect opportunity to dive into pickleball together!
