Description
This approach to painting is focused on mindfulness, creative permission, and the act of spontaneous expression. It is not a painting method or technique. Through intuitive painting you will have the opportunity to explore the inner self through the creative process in a silent, safe, judgment-free environment by tuning in to your own unique creative process while releasing attachment to meaning, control, expertise, or final product. You will be working on a canvas 16x20. No prior painting experience is necessary. Led by instructor and Certified Meditation Teacher Carol Wallenfelsz.To register, click the Enroll Now button.
