Description
Beginner-advanced. Movement is medicine, so let’s get moving and grooving! Improve your core and overall strength, flexibility, and balance in this encouraging and empowering workout. You will be guided in the celebration of your shape and size in this low-impact and beneficial dance. Come barefoot or wear soft dance shoes or socks.
