Back by popular demand: paper quilled poinsettia. Crafter and magnificent quiller Lora Davenport will lead you in creating a paper quilled poinsettia using basic quilling shapes to create a three-dimensional poinsettia ornament and or a two-dimensional poinsettia to add to a card.
