Description
Step-by-step instruction leads students through powerful and fun martial art practice. Mind and body are trained as one. In this way, we manifest our own innate power (Ki) and can lead others, rather than trying to control or throw them. Instructors: Bill Peterson and Kok Meng Lam. The senior instructor has 40-plus years of teaching experience and holds a 6th Dan in Ki Aikido.
