Description
Gain knowledge and confidence in jazz! Classes begin with a full-body cardio warm-up to build strength, flexibility, coordination and musicality. Various exercises and choreography will exercise the mind and body.

| Classes are held in the Rehearsal Studio at Evergreen Cultural Centre (1205 Pinetree Way, Coquitlam). Entrance to the Rehearsal Studio is through the "Stage Doors" located on the side of the building, facing Guildford Way. |
