Personalized workouts, goal setting, and more! This 6-week program will focus on high calorie burning workouts and strength training. Learn proper form and how to make the most out of each workout. A certified personal trainer will hold you accountable and push you to train to the best of your abilities. Participants may attend the nutrition and goal setting seminar for free.Skills
