Description
Advanced Women on Weights uses multiple formats including dumbbells, barbells, bands, steps, and many more tools. If you have experience lifting or if you took the first session of Women on Weights, this might be the class for you. It provides great instruction in a small group setting to help participants reach their fitness goals.Skills
