Join us Thursdays in creating a vibrant, nurturing space where every day is an opportunity for growth and joy. The Adult Day Wellness Program is designed to support and enrich the lives of adults with disabilities through a comprehensive range of activities. Our program focuses on promoting physical vitality, mental stimulation, and social engagement in a safe, supportive environment. We strive to enhance participant’s overall well-being, foster community connections, and empower individuals to live life to the fullest.
While this program is intended to provide structure for visiting Adult Day Programs, any individuals wishing to participate are welcome as well.
Caregivers for anyone requiring 1:1 support for personal care or behavior support are asked to remain on-site for the duration of the program.
This registration is only for the Thursday section of Adult Day Wellness. There is also a Tuesday section - please make sure you sign up for only one as the activities will be the same.
