This class is for any artist, beginner thru advanced, wishing to learn watercolor painting. Materials List to bring:- Watercolor paper pad - Hot press (smooth) or cold press (textured)
- Jars, cups or a small artist's water bucket for cleaning brushes.
- Paper towels are on hand but feel free to bring rags for drying brushes
- Pencil for drawing-H or 2H
- Brushes- 1" flat, 1/4' flat, 12 round and 4 round, whatever else you like
- Plastic watercolor palette with dried pans or tubed paint-I strongly suggest "professional" or "artist's" grade paint. The Cotman series from Winsor Newton works as well. - Rose Madder
- Alizarin Crimson
- Phthalo Blue
- Ultramarine Blue
- Hansa or Lemon Yellow
- Cadmium Yellow
- sponges, rags and salt for textures
