Description
You must scan the Leisure Card at the Front Desk prior to each class. We are a martial arts group that focuses on real world martial arts. We are almost all here with the goal of being more capable of protecting ourselves in both the outside world or in the ring/cage. We welcome all who want to join. Can't wait to have you working hard with us :) You will need a leisure card with the rec center and be registered for our class specifically. Wear workout clothes. Bring a MOUTHPIECE! WE HAVE GLOVES.
